Warranty Commitment

Rest Assured. 

Axios Homes, Inc. provides a two-year limited warranty on all of our homes.  That’s twice as long as the industry standard offered by our competitors!  Through our commitment to quality control as well as the high standards shared by our trade partners, we guarantee our homes to be free of defects in materials and workmanship.  Should a defect occur in any item covered by our warranty, Axios Homes, Inc. will repair or replace that item to the high standard with which your home was built. 

We strive to provide the best qaulity construction on each and every home we build!  However, warranty items do occur! If there is a warranty item that needs attention, please complete the warranty form below and submit to warranty@axioshomes.com.  Please be sure to include current contact information and detail of the nature of your request.  You may also include photos when submitting your form.  We will confirm your receipt of warranty request and schedule an appropriate warranty service appointment with you.

In consideration of the rapidly evolving COVID-19 situation, to ensure the safey of our employees, customers, and trade partners, until futher notice Axios Homes will only be performing warranty work for emergency items.

Emergencies include threats to property or health that require immediate attention, such as significant water leaks or the complete failure of air conditioning or heating systems in times of extreme temperatures.

For all warranty requests, please fill out the form on the link at the bottom of this page, and an Axios Homes team member will contact you to gather information on scheduling an appointment for an appropriate future date.

If you have an outstanding claim or an upcoming appointment, you will be contacted soon to reschedule to a later date. Any delay in inspection or completion of warranty items resulting from these restrictions will not impact your warranty coverage.
